The room was very clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed their breakfast.
Ordered a special lunch based on Siva's recommendation,Jaffna Crab curry and fresh water jumbo tiger prawns devil both tasted outstanding. Kudos to the chef who made those outstanding dishes which we all thoroughly enjoyed it and also a big thank you to Roger from dinning for his absolute outstanding service which made our day so special.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is affordable, and what they offer is better than most hotels in the area for the price. I was satisfied and happy during my stay.
As for the food, I only tried the breakfast buffet, which I found to be fair.

Location was good. Easy access to church, hypermarket, restaurants. Staff were very polite when having conversations and helpful. Specially the restaurants area. Laundry was excellent. On time and good service.
Less variety in breakfast food. Didn't have any alcohol in, inroom dining. Didn't have proper alcohol to offer in restaurant area except for wine. nothing special on christmas day. Breakfast had 75% of the same food daily. Can have more selections in breakfast since most book bread and breakfast. House cleaning can do better. Didn't have proper toileteries. Cleaning of the room was average. Swan decoration on the bed was nice but that's not enough. The first day we arrived the bathroom shower area got blocked and water was all over the room. In our last few days of our stay again the water was getting blocked and couldn't open the shower fully. So bath time was very slow. The floor tiles in the shower were not washed properly daily. Stains can be seen. Sometime we get good fluffy towels. Sometimes old towels were given. Bed was bad. Had back pains from the third day. Not much of channels to watch on TV. Outside food can't be brought just because of bad experience from the previous tourist. The iron was not ironing properly and water was dripping the whole time when ironing. It was dark outside the corridors even in day light. Weird smell sometimes when u exit the room.

Wonderful
The staffs were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent specially the breakfast had choice of Srilankan and western and we were spoilt for choice and free. Roof top bar accommodate smokers and non smokers separately.
The aircon and fan was working but noisy so that we had to switch them off while sleeping.
