The hotel is very clean and updated. Although it is in the middle of the city, it has that spa vibe to it. It is very relaxing because it has a very large swimming pool. It drops around the building. The service of the hotel is really good. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Great value for your money for sure. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I also had a massage at the Spa and the woman who was very amazing.
The service at the restaurant was very slow. They had 10 waiters and Chef's one day, and only for customers, but it took them 30 minutes to cook my meal. It took them 18 minutes to take my order.

The absolutely wonderfull staff. Starting from the manager to the front desk to theo restaurant aerea: everybody was smiling (with their eyes too!), kind and very professional. If you needed help, you got it. .
It was a very nice experience.
Furthermore: rooms, if you get your choice, are very beautiful: clean, nicely set up, comfy.
Well, on my first night I didnt get the room category I booked. But the hotel made it up with a free dinner at the roof top restaurant. Very good one, too.

What a stunningly designed hotel— it really felt special and you can tell someone spent a lot of time, effort and money making the space. I didn’t expect it to be that lovely from the photos. Everything else was good too - ac worked, staff was nice, location good, beds comfy.

Beautiful and elegant hotel.
We loved everything about it. The restaurant, the pool, the staff, the room.
I will not hesitate to choose this hotel if I visit Colombo again
If I had to mention a small minus it would be the prices in the restaurant are on the high side. Especially when there are many good dining options right outside the hotel.

This is such a beautiful space — a little gem to arrive at after landing from Mumbai, offering a peaceful escape from the busy roads outside. The staff are absolutely wonderful: always smiling, kind, and incredibly considerate. You couldn’t ask for more?
