Good location, spacious apartment and bed size, and decent amenities to use.
Not well maintained, there were 4 toothbrushes found in the kitchen, the washing machine was dirty inside, and the mattress had stains on it as well. We had to go to Cargills in Havelock mall to buy cleaning products and a broom, as the one left in the apartment was filled with hair, so we couldn't use it. There was only 1 key, and when we requested a second copy of the key and finally received it, it malfunctioned in the door handle and didn't work... so we were only left with 1 key. There was also a balcony whereas the booking mentioned terrace. You also need to pay for the duration of your stay upfront and not upon departure. This is not mentioned on the booking.com website if you're booking from Australia.

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is beautiful and in a very convenient location. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and had all the kitchenware we needed. The staff were very helpful as well, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I were very happy with our stay, and we will definitely choose this apartment for our next visit as well. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself is very clean and well maintained/furnished, and the broader Havelock City staff/services are good. Features which made our stay enjoyable include: - The living area is large enough to invite guests. - AC systems in the living area and each bedroom. - Modern bathrooms with good water pressure. - A range of quality cookware and dining tableware. - A helpful and responsive host (e.g., collecting keys, cleaning times, late check out).
