The room was clean and spacious. All the facilities (air conditioner, fan, hot water shower) worked very well. To be honest, it is one of the most comfortable and quiet guesthouses during my 24 day journey in Sri Lanka. The staff were also warm, friendly and nice. They prepared ice towel and orange juice to welcome you. And the breakfast was also a bonus! Generous portion and a variety of options!
The location was a bit far away from downtown(Colombo Fort), but given the price, that was to be expected.

What an excellent staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely caring. They were always there to help and I cannot describe how good the staff were. The room was very big, very clean and overall really good. The breakfast was also great with different types of food to try each day. Really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. 100000/10.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Sri Lanka and it’s by far the best place we stayed. It’s beautifully decorated and the room was very big. It’s far from Colombo caos bus quite easy to reach the airport. The workers are also amazing. I recommend this place 100%

Rooms were big and clean. We have difficulties walking up the stairs due to injury - owner realized this and changed our room to ground floor. Breakfast was local cuisine and delicious!

Anugaa was the last stop in Sri Lanka for one night. The small entrance opens up into such a pleasing and aesthetic lobby/waiting area. It was a very warm welcome too! The room was really big for the three of us, very clean and had everything that you would want. I would definitely recommend this place for couples, single travellers or a small family.
You could just have a hand soap in the bathroom of the room. I don't have any other feedback. Thank you for your hospitality :)

We spent a night here before flying out of Colombo, and it was a lovely experience. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to downtown. It has a warm, homey atmosphere, with a personal touch from Anuradha, the owner, who is incredibly responsive and helpful.
The bed was spacious and very comfortable for two. We especially enjoyed the breakfast—freshly prepared à la carte by Anuradha, with delicious local yogurt, honey, and mango.
The only small improvement would be the coffee served at breakfast. Overall, a peaceful and welcoming stay—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and hospitality with heart.

Quiet and peaceful place away from the hustle bustle of main city. Rooms were quite spacious and the lounge area downstairs was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and included authentic Sri Lankan dishes. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

An absolute gem of a place. Our first stop in Colombo and that too on the day of a very special birthday for our father.
The host was so welcoming, warm and went over and above to make sure our stay and birthday celebrations were so special and memorable.
Anuradha (Owner) and her team (Asankha and Nilu) prepared so much for our father’s special birthday. He had the best time and was so taken back and humbly grateful for a wonderful birthday. From the decor to cake and the amazing home made food it was PERFECT, FAULTLESS and AMAZING.
A truly down to earth host and team who really take care of their guest. Very knowledgeable, professional and ensures your stay is tailored to your needs.
The setting was so beautiful, the rooms spacious and clean. The kids absolutely loved it. Home away from home. A must stay for anyone visiting Colombo ??
