Beautiful blend of modern and old. Location a bit far out but staff was very helpful. A few things were frustrating like no hand soap and a confusing set of remotes and light switches that were mislabeled. However the staff was so helpful and attentive - they solved everything and the food was nice.

This is an exceptional place to stay. Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, wonderful staff and amazing food. I cannot recommend Villa Saltasia highly enough. Best place we stayed in Sri Lanka.

A unique place to stay fairly central to Colombo but quiet and tranquil being at the end of a street and a slight hill.
Its a boutique hotel with 6 rooms or so, each tastefully decorated with a particular theme, bringing together traditional elements and artistic touches.
The staff were very kind and hospitable, particularly with our request to get a quiet room after being told they usually host photo sessions for weddings, fashion etc. To be fair, the photography groups were not noisy at all so our stay was not disturbed.
A lovely touch was the pool which we discovered by chance.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend.

Hotel has so much soul! Rooms are gorgeous with plenty of little beautiful elements and yet functional. Beautiful garden to rest or grab a meal in. Stuff very helpful and attentive

Beautiful and atmospheric hotel in a relatively quiet residential location with a great view. Lots of interesting antiques. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Many wedding photo shoots - these are not disruptive, and are interesting. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous dcoration The staff is so kind, always smiling and very helpful.! The pool area is lovely and relaxing.
The breakfast is very good with fresh fruits and juice....
If we come back to Colombo, there is no other place to stay!
