Nice place, friendly staff and room service, towels and bed linen was clena, fool is good.
Everything is good except toilet, commmod wasn't clean well .
Water drain malfunctioning . Cable TV connection wasn't works because of they didn't pay bills,they added some money when I asked, but it's only till midnight after that it's off again

good location for my stay. staff members were friendly. ac worked really well.
some lights were not working in the room (the trip switch kept going off). they didnt have a card machine on site and I had to visit the closest atm to withdraw money and then pay for my stay.

this hotel is the first one i have visited with no coffe or tea in the room and when we asked for coffee they asked for money for it. the place is isolated.

Swimming pool was nice, personel was friendly but did not speak good english. Beach was 5 min walk so not to bad.
There were problems with AC, doors and lockers. During our stay hotel started construction works near swimming pool without notice. Food was average at most. Rooms and toilets were stinky. Overall I do not recommend.

Very nice place to stay
I was only there one night - so cant say too much - but great stop over place for travel back to Colombo airport , chill , relax get things in order before the next flight .
Tuk tuk to anywhere - or a very hot, long walk !
But they are so cheap - shouldnt really be a complaint

The staff is generally friendly. However I felt tension.
The hotel is on the second line to the beach and it is quite challenging to get to the beach. Despite high price for the room the hotel didn't accept cards for payment. I withdrew money paying additional cost for this. Ayurveda treatment was poor, I didn't like massage of the full body at all. The herbal bathroom was really cold. At the end of the treatment the lady who did the treatment asked for the tips. I think it is not affordable because the cost of the treatment is high enough. Mosquitos are disaster in the hotel.

View from balcony and bath tub
We had stayed 3 nights here.
We booked suite room with bathtub.
There were no guest in the entire villa during our stay.
If we need to do spa we have to say 2 hours before.
Room was stinking. Bathroom doesn't have proper ventilation where stinking for entire stay.
Ac is kept @ the entrance. Which is difficult to switch off when u are in the middle of night. U have to get away from.bed and then go to the entrance door direction and turn it off.
Wall mounting fan not at all oscillating. We turned manually every time to bed and chair
Toiletries were not provided on time, we have to ask multiple times.
Wifi wouldn't reach in the room instead partially signal available in balcony.
Swimming pool allowed only between 8am to 6pm
Breakfast charge @6$ but only limited. Not good.
Conversion rate they charge high we realized later.
They are over charge for everything.
Overall stay is not worth for money

Exceptional
We had a lovely time at the Rockery villa - clean and cozy room with a beautiful view on the swimming pool was a great experience. Hospitality was above expectations and staff did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Moreover, they offer great food and other services in a really reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax in a great and private atmosphere and fully enjoy the holidays
