It's difficult to say anything in Particular. Everything was Excellent and met above expectations I would give 10 out of 10 for the Customer Service everyone in the hotel helped out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. The Room was quite spacious and very neat and clean. The jacuzzi in the room was excellent. Food Was Excellent whatever was on their menu. Can add a few more options in Starters and the main course in ala carte. I am not a person to give reviews in the forum but my stay here made me write this review as everything was to the dot perfect.
Had an issue with the Spa. The Hotel Staff were very kind enough to jump in and sort the matter immediately.

Overall menu in the Cafe was limited. Should increase the lunch / dinner menu and add special menu for kids as well

Pool and beach side was lovely as was the restaurant for breakfast. But it is just a nice hotel. We got told we got an upgrade because it was my birthday but actually our original room was better because it was by the poolside but they then couldn't move us back to our original room until the following day even though we asked straight away because they already gave it away.
We got a phone call at 11pm at night, we were already asleep - asking if we wanted them to bring a bday cake to the room then. A nice thought but at 11pm at night.... really ?? The communal toilets smelt so strong of cigarettes it was horrible, there was no soap in there either. Overall I don't think I would recommend to stay here I don't think it's worth the price compared to all other places we stayed in Sri Lanka - we thought this would be a treat but it was just very overpriced and didn't meet our expectations. Theres nothing around the area either.

Wonderful
Pandanus Beach totally exceeded our expectations, starting from a complimentary upgrade to the a fantastic beach view room. Everything from the facilities in the room, to the view and the wonderful jacuzzi style bathtub made us want to never leave the room. We were however, tempted by the lovely pool and amazing (clean) beach and eventually stepped outside.
Nothing much to complain about but a few more la carte/room service food options would have been nice.

We loved the suite with a seaview. We stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon, and the staff did a wonderful job to make it the perfect end to our holiday. The facilities at the hotel and the room itself are excellent value for money. We would definitely come back again on our next trip to Sri Lanka!

Location right on the beach was gorgeous.
Lots of Tuk tuks outside to bring you into town.
Our room looked out onto the pool so it was easy to get around.
The buffet dinners were better than we expected, as far as buffet food goes. Also there aren't many restaurants nearby so alternative options are limited.
The staff were nice, some were a bit novice though in that they were sometimes too attentive. But they were very helpful when needed.
Good hotel if you just want to switch off and relax by the pool/ sea. Not much else around Bentota to do, although we did go surfing nearby one day which was fun.
The hotel room had a slight damp smell.
The bathroom was quite small and cramped compared to other hotels we've stayed in Sri Lanka.

Beautiful location. The beach is stunning. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff, specifically from the front desk: Dilhara, Sara, Chaturi, and Ravi.
More work could be done to control the insects (ants, small bugs) in the room. They were a bit annoying.

Location , Pool and the size of the rooms. Staff was friendly.
We are vegetarians and most of the food at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffet was Meat. The hotel provide more vegetarians and Vegan options. Food could have been better, specially Pizza and more options should be provided.

Location was great plus the property is nice nd well maintained.
1. Despite so many Indians visiting Srilanka nd this place, there was hardly any Indian dishes / basic food in the dinner spread at the resort. Resort should engage an Indian/ Asian Cook.
2. Pillows were too bulky nd uncomfortable to sleep
