The property was well situated and the price was right. I enjoy my time there.
No water in the room and no coffee. When I asked for at least a coffee the owner said no. I was shocked. Also the property is not waterfront but a 6 minutes walk.

The host was really nice and the breakfast was good. A short 5-10min walk and you reach the beach and you also can walk to main road for cafe shops or grocery.
Had problem finding this place. Don’t go at bookings map/adress, search at google maps instead (Lucky I asked a lokal that helped me). The room, it’s simple, but it’s works for one or two nights.

Convenient location with more than adequate facilities and a very homely feel. The meals were wholesome and a mix and match of western or local food available according to taste.

Very nice hosts, the location is within a few minutes walk from the station and the beach ?There is also a cute cat assisting with breakfast ?
There were a lot of mosquitos, there was a net in the room but somehow they managed to bite me!

Mattress and pillow would need a change (very hard and old). The room is very hot due to the one window covered by a curtains that needs to stay out for privacy. No AC

Very good Sri Lankan breakfast, fan in the room instead of AC, close to the beach (5 min walk), many restaurants nearby, calm atmosphere, friendly hosts, comfortable bed.
Beach is perfect for swimming and learning how to surf, very clean.

Homely little place run by a very friendly and helpful family. Incredible value with breakfast included.A few minutes walk to the station and all of its restaurants or five minutes to the supermarket

The position is perfect. Close to train, beach and restaurants. The owners are really kind and friendly. Nothing is a problem. I appreciated the fruit salad and smoothies for the breakfast.
