We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean with fresh linens, and the shower always had hot water. The pool was very clean, perfect for a relaxing swim. Breakfasts were tasty and filling, and the hotel owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful. We also appreciated the free bicycle rentals — a fun way to explore the quiet surroundings. On New Year we were treated to traditional local sweets, which made our stay feel even more special. The location is peaceful, ideal for relaxing and watching wildlife. Highly recommended!

The best host I've ever had!! We had big problem,but Priyanke helped us,he saved us! Villa is very comfortable, all is convenient, beds are very nice! Hot water!Breakfast is soon good) We took family room at the second floor-it's perfect and reallybig,with huge balcony! The pool is clean! Drinkable water is good! All was perfect! Beach is nice,no big waves,but ocean not calm,though we like such ocean)Thank you so much, it's really 10 points!! We will come back!

Everything. What a relaxing place. Brand new accommodation. For once, I think the host should be charging more for rooms here as compared to anything in the area it’s a far better accommodation at that price point.

Really nice accommodation in the jungle. The host was really helpful. We had opportunity to ride bicycles for free. His mom prepared for us really good Sri Lanka breakfast. Not too far to the beach. Around is a lot of places to walk

Comfortable while staying in the day time.!
Very uncomfortable while staying in the night time due to flying insects., not sufficient A/C in the first-floor room., no A/C in the ground floor room (got repaired.!) ., fans located in the inappropriate location which is bad., no proper cleaning., No kitchen utensils were available on the premises, and the one provided at the later stage was very dirty! considering all issues the owner admitted and offered me a "free" stay, however, I paid half of the money at my discretion.!

We booked this villa off season and we were surprised to have this beautiful villa all to ourselves. The villa is beautiful, the garden with its many corners is wonderful, like a small piece of jungle! The owner is incredibly nice and gave us the best room with a huge terrace where we enjoyed delicious home cooked breakfast. The owner was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. He let us borrow two bikes so we could access the beach and the restaurants. The location of the villa is also very good! We loved staying at this villa, a personal paradise! Thank you again for everything!

Beautiful accommodation in a new villa. Large rooms with terrace or balcony. A nice pool in the garden. Very kind owner, willing to help with everything. Rich breakfast. I recommend.
