Wi-fi in room 305 is not working at all. that needs to be fixed because that's a risk to occupants in an emergency.

I loved the courtesy of the staff, especially the yoga teacher Kaveesha we connected spiritually.
There were some maintenance works that caused noise.

Lovely staff! They were very accomodating and were able to answer all questions I had! Breakfast was lovely and the pool was a great amenity
The room was a little tired, and the bathroom could have used a deep clean, but overall was a nice room.

We loved the healthy food served for breakfast. . Also the staff is so helpful excellent customer service. Full body massage (the Bliss) was so good..
WIFI is not available in the rooms.
It would be nice if there was wifi available in the rooms.

Though the location is excellent. Huge property with beautiful garden adjacent to lake.
The maintenance is poor. Very less staff. Breakfast is average. We have taken lake view rooms to enjoy the night view sitting in the bank of lake but at night there was no light in the garden area and completely dark.

comfortable beds, a nice pool; fabulous gardens, a very good spa and excellent coffee
this is more of a hotel for independant travellers . For slickness book into the more expensive chain beach hotels!
