I had a wonderful one-night stay here. The location is truly special—nestled in nature, with a calming stream nearby and beautiful greenery all around. The service was excellent, the staff was warm and caring, and the food was delicious. In the morning, we enjoyed watching many birds visit the area, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The rooms are nature-friendly and stepping outside feels like blending into the natural surroundings. It was a short but heartwarming and refreshing experience

This place is so nice, quiet, spacious, comfy, and clean. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and caring, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the beautiful natural pool and the friendly pets like rabbits, all kept in a clean and well-maintained environment. It truly added to the charm of the stay. We hope to stay here again in the future

Really nice place! We had a great stay here. I especially want to mention the natural pool experience—it was amazing. The train view was lovely too, and the fact that there were no trains passing at midnight made it a very peaceful and cool place. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel provided a luxury shuttle service from the train station, which was punctual and convenient. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and the rooms were incredibly clean and beautifully designed—simply great rooms! Opening the door, we couldn’t help but say, ‘Wow!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, with close proximity to the main attractions of the region.. The sight of women picking tea leaves amidst lush tropical vegetation and possibility to see the train was truly enchanting. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The value for money is great, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The venue is family run and was pleasantly cool even without air-conditioning, which might come as a surprise to some. We even had to wear extra layers to stay warm—a delightful and unexpected surprise for us.
The hotel made our days out truly hassle-free by organizing everything for us; all we had to do was show up! The access to the trains were so easy. One suggestion: be sure to ask about the cost of extras, such as ticket prices for activities, so you’re prepared with enough cash for payment.
The food was another highlight of our stay—delicious, authentic Sri Lankan dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. If you have kids this place is perfect as there's lots of animals for them to play with.
The room we had the bathroom is in definite need of a refresh. And there's unfortunately no noise suppression for the bedroom or decent curtains to block the morning light. So would recommend to bring ear plugs/sleep mask.

It was a wonderful stay. The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the gentle sound of the nearby natural spring stream creates a deep connection with the environment. Additionally, it's conveniently close to Bandarawela town, with many nearby tourist attractions. They also organize well-planned and satisfying tours to Horton Plains and Ella, which I thoroughly enjoyed on my second visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! From the warm welcome to the beautifully clean and well-maintained rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. The peaceful and quiet surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, making our experience even more special.
One of the highlights was definitely the natural spring water swimming pool. It felt like a true oasis, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. The refreshing swim in crystal-clear water was a unique experience we truly cherished.
The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We’re truly grateful for the memorable experience and can’t wait to return.

We got a royalty welcome with garden fresh fruit juice. Rooms are so clean & designed in a unique way. The view of train passing is so love to see. Whole property surrounded by tea plantation & everywhere is green with pure OXYGEN.
Owner and his staff well in English & good communication. They really helped us for our islandwide iternery.

This is so nestle with the nature. We loved to hear water flowing & birds sound. Though its a isolated chilled place , its easy to reach to the city. Mainly to the railway station. Well organized team with royalty service. Foods are amazing, they did it with a traditional way. That was the unforgettable breakfast we had in Sri Lanka.

Hidden Gem in Bandarawela area. More close to Ella , even for dining. They have booked train tickets for us and arranged a Wonderfull day tour to Hortain Plains by train & had a lovely journey with their modified jeep.
Place was so eco friendly & nice architectural design. All staff well trained & good with communication.
Best food with unique way. Highly recommended even for multiple days.

The comfortable chalets away from the hustle of Ella and Bandarawela are tucked away in a beautiful garden with plenty of flowers. The owner arranged an excellent tour on our way to Ella rock with an open 4X4 vehicle during which we experienced a most beautiful forest with eucalyptus trees ever seen, and thereafter the historical train and the 9 arches bridge and a scenic drive through the legendary Lipton thee estate with a visit to the authentic production hall. Warmly recommended.

Beautifully concept and location. Staff were very friendly helpful and polite. Room was comfortable and spacious and very good value for money. Restaurant food was very good on order.
The pathways to chalets and dining area needs eco roofing due to rain it is not convenient. But like the concept so can keep to theme by putting an eco roof.
Kitchen away from dinning area and it was hard for staff to cater to guests requirements. As its start up business these things can improve over time.
Bathrooms need more upto date facilities.
