Everything is arranged very nicely. All the staff are very friendly and polite. From this location to Ella only takes 40 minutes. On our way to eall we visited rawana waterfall as well. Highly recommended for local and foreign tourists.

Honestly for tourists avoid this place. It’s more of a truck drivers’ motel with a gloomy bar. I am really wondering how it got so many positive reviews.
The bed sheets are clearly not clean (stains, hairs and holes) the overall room isn’t cleaner either, only shower had an acceptable level of cleanliness but no hot water…
The room’s wall were covered in humidity and you could smell it…
Breakfast which was supposed to be starting 8:00am was not before an other half an hour.

The host was an amicable person, always with a smile. He provided us with a sumptuous dinner which was home cooked. The location is right close to the main road. Natural surroundings.

Very nice location surrounded by birds and vegetation. Owner if very friendly and does a great kayak tour in the lagoon. He pointed out many birds and some mammals. Musquito net was good.
There were not many restaurants nearby and I was disappointed to have to pay to use the kitchen.

I loved it. It actually costs more to use the Aircon but I didn't need it, even though it was the hottest time of year and I nap at noon. The hotel is surrounded by a Garden, which keeps it cool. I loved this town, surrounded by lots of pretty rural roads to wander. The staff were really kind and the location was perfect, a short walk from the bus station.

There was a power outage when we arrived which lasted for several hours. The host was very helpful, called a restaurant for us, provided candles and gave us a huge discount.
The room was ok, but quite small for three people, not perfectly clean and quite old (door was not working properly).

The owner of the inn, Janith, was really kind and friendly from the moment I arrived. He went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, and when I left something behind, he actually travelled to the town I was in by motorcycle, just to return it to me. He didn’t head home after that and went on to find a nearby garage to help a stranger whose motorcycle was malfunctioning. Thank you for your kindness, Janith!
