Wonderful
Manor house is a beautiful hotel with modern and clean rooms. Great bathrooms and wonderful shower. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. It is a great alternative to the hustle and busyness of Ella and very accessible to all the great sights in the area. We enjoyed our stay.
The food is good, and the breakfasts were great. We found it very easy to take a tuktuk to dinner options in the area, including the historic Bandarawela Hotel.
We found the dinner menu to be a bit expensive for Sri Lanka. We believe this to be a policy from the corporate office of seven angels hotel group, and no fault of the staff who were most accommodating to our needs. We wish there was more of an à la carte menu and Sri Lankan dishes.
