The entrance and the front desk area was impressive. I felt the front desk staff reluctantly helped move our luggage to the room. He also disappeared when we checked out. So I moved all my luggage out myself. The hot water kettle was available in the kitchen which needs to be cleaned. We felt a little uncomfortable as there was no other guest staying in the hotel that night. There was a army of tiny ants in the room. Bathroom was nicely renovated.

Very friendly staff. Very good location. Very much hot water. Excellent. I received extra blankets for the cold night. Upon arrival, the cleanliness was good. I asked to improve the cleanliness and the staff then made an extra effort to perfectly clean. Then I was very happy with German cleanliness standard. Thank you.
No hair dryer. For the ladies, one hair dryer should be available to borrow.

The location is very convenint to the town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is there to park around 5 6 vehicals. They offer food from outside when you order ahead.
We stayed in a family room with a 4-year-old and a 3-month-old baby. Unfortunately, the bed space was insufficient for all of us. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillows were not clean, so we had to use our own sheets and towels. The hot water supply was inadequate, allowing only two people to bathe before requiring a 30-minute wait for it to warm up again. Overall, the stay was not very family-friendly.

Wonderful
Good quiet location overlooking the cricket ground. 10 mins walk into town. Comfortable bed and nice staff. Bandarawela is very underrated and deserves a visit. Very local and friendly people. When Ella gets too much come to Bandarawela!

Rooms & bathrooms were really tidy,comfortable & clean. staff members were friendly and supportive. Location is easily accessible from town. Most of the facilities were good.♥️
Toiletries were not enough for all our family members. No pillow cases and blankets were not length enough. Hot water is not working properly. We assume these happened because of increase of the guest quantity .Hope these will be upgraded for our next visit.?
