The room was beautiful and clean and had an amazing pool adjacent. They upgraded my stay for free as they had a room spare. The staff were all super lovely and the restaurant food overlooking the pool was fantastic.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the unacceptable condition of the room I was assigned during my recent visit on 28 th
Upon entering the room, I found it to be in extremely poor condition, with ants present throughout the space, making it completely uninhabitable. Due to the severity of the issue, I had no choice but to check out immediately without staying.
Despite the circumstances, I was not offered a refund or compensation, which I find highly disappointing and unacceptable.
I kindly request a full refund for the booking as I did not use the room and the condition clearly did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Please confirm the refund process at your earliest convenience.

The pool was nice.
We had 2 cockroaches in the room!!!
Also there was a really bad smell in the room and bathroom that would not go away. After telling them we could get a different room but the smell in there was the same.
The restaurant was bad and expensive and the nearest town is a 20 minute drive away.

Amazing food, you’ve got to try the SL breakfast. Staff are lovely. Rooms are clean. Pool was refreshing. Great value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer.
