Let me first say that Monika and Viraj are spectacular hosts. The beautiful river view villa is in an unbeatable location nested on the Bentota River bank.
The Villa gives you access to all of the hotspots in both Bentota and Aluthgama. It is also ideally located right beside the highway which provides access to the rest of Sri Lanka such as Galle, Colombo, etc.
I found our hosts to be incredibly hospitable and attentive, we felt at home the moment we stepped in. We would recommend this place to anyone passing by the region!

we have never stayed with more lovely hosts! Viraj and Monika are exceptional and made us feel so so welcome. They also helped us plan trips locally and introduced us to new Sri Lankan foods. I cannot recommend staying at Villa river view enough!

Very nice hotel with a great location on the water. Rooms are very nice and spacious. The room has air conditioning and a balcony. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will be very happy to come back.

Everything, gorgeous place, Viraj and his family are so nice. Breakfast was amazing, massive fruit platter, eggs anyway you want and toast.
It's beautiful sitting at the bottom of the garden watching life on the Ganga and will arrange any trips you want.
