We really enjoyed our stay at the Jufa Hotel Malbun. We stayed in the family room which was very spacious. The location is amazing with great walks just at your door step. We walked up to the lift station to then walk along the Swing Trail which consisted of 10 different swings along a 5.5km walking path. It's a great activity for the entire family. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. The staff were really attentive. We really had an excellent time staying at the Jufa Hotel Malbun.

The location is amazing, there are many hiking trails directly from the hotel with beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the dinner was exceptional, not only delicious but also beautiful; the breakfast offered a wide range of very good quality things, more are from the region. The bed was comfortable, there were 3 pillows on it to choose the best fitting one(s). The room was quiet. The wellness is also very nice: clean, view on the mountains, different types of tea.

Good breakfast buffet, good kitchen. Very good value for money. The main strength of the hotel are definitely the staff. The restaurant staff, cleaning, and reception. All good.
Ordering food could be extended. Lunch was done by 14:00 and Dinner at 20:30. Therefore ordering a snack in between would be nice.
