The staff really made the experience positive
Ordered two queen beds. The beds were a little larger than twin size. I believe they were full size and staying with kids this was not acceptable. The a/c vents had mold around them. The bathroom door was bath style with no lock on it.

Modern clean hotel 5 minute walk to mariba
Paid extra for a marina view room and there was no balcony. You could not even open the window. Prices for food and drink are ridiculously high. 16 for a glass of house wine. 40 dollars for buffet breakfast Thumping awful music blaring out all day even in reception

The staff was amazing, especially the young lady who went above and beyond to ensure i enjoyed my day tours and my birthday!

Liked everything. A warm welcome and rum punch on arrival, beautiful setting, lovely view over the harbour from our room and the comfiest beds ever. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in Julie's and an amazing breakfast.

The breakfast options were excellent, all the staff we met were very courteous and kind. The view of the marina from the deck was breathtaking for me since I love water and boats but the live band was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend.
They need to improve in housekeeping and there was no microwave.

The staff was very patient and helpful to all and did their very best to ensure that request were met with satisfaction Lew was very courteous, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and does great on guess needs.
The hallways to the rooms were a bit dark and the floors could do with a bit of up keep.
