Great food at the buffet and all restaurants (they supported dietary restrictions such as vegan)
Swimmable and warm water at the beach and pool
Our initial room smelled a bit musty but they quickly accommodated a move

Everything was nice. Love the beach. Food and drinks were good. Rooms well equipped Ann clean.
The only thing is that it doesn’t have much activities at night. Only one day karaoke. . Spa services expensive

From the moment we arrived at Secrets St. Lucia, we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was relaxing, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
We stayed in a tropical view room, which was clean, beautifully designed, and offered a peaceful and lush backdrop every morning. The resort itself is stunning—everything from the landscaping to the amenities felt thoughtfully curated and immaculately maintained.
One of the absolute highlights of our trip was dining at Himitsu, where we had the pleasure of being served by Ice, the chef. He was not only incredibly professional, but also brought such passion and skill to the meal that it turned dinner into an experience. Truly top-notch culinary service!
Above all, what set Secrets St. Lucia apart was the exceptional service. Every team member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here.
We left feeling relaxed and well cared for. If you’re considering a trip to St. Lucia, Secrets is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Loved the location, staff and resort layout. Very relaxed vibe all over. Plenty to do and having the watersports right on the beach was great.
Food was good, but would have liked more choices each night, it tended to be only 2 of the 6 restaurants at any given evening. Breakfast buffet was always excellent.

Extremely friendly and well trained staff. Entertainment was very good.
Value for Money was bad because I was charged for two people staying in the resort (eating meals and drinking) and I was alone. My friend also had a room on her own and was charged for all the meals and drinks for 2 people. I did speak to reception as I was leaving about this and asked for their email. I did send an email to the resort for my friend and I to receive some sort of credit for this but they never even replied which is v negative. There should at least be a policy to reply to previous guests. Also generally the hospitality staff were much more helpful than the reception staff.

the staff were lovely (although the receptionists were a little moody). the views were outstanding.
gym was rundown, broken equipment. it may be listed as having several restaurants but in practise only one or two are open each evening, and you have to queue in the morning to book your meals.

We liked 'the heart' of the resort with the main pools, close by the very nice and wide beach, close by the restaurants and the coffee shop. We also liked the fact that there was fairly good facilities for kids.
The apartment buildings (rooms) were quite old and worn, and the TV signal was what one could expect was standard back in the 90'es . The rooms of this hotel simply do not live up to the pictures on their website and on the booking sites, so expect less. The cleanliness was however impeccable, which in our book off-set the old-world interior and gear. Separate note, it seemed like the different restaurants and bars quickly ran out of key supplies like bananas and strawberry in the breakfast restaurant, espresso beans in the coffee shop (!) and the local rum in the pool bar...and this was in a period of time where occupancy was far from full.
