Wonderful
The design of the building's and arrangement in-the resort with all the facilities . The variety of the food and anytime you could find something to eat
We could wait in the lobby with use of facilities
before we went to the airport
I was in a wheelchair and you're hotel employees were friendly and helpfull
The check-in was ok but the waiting time before the room was ready took almost 2 hours and we had to ask at the reception
The quest lift was not working and we had to use the staff lift where it was dark at night

This resort met my all of my expectations. Everything was amazing views, food, entertainment. I love it here.
They can definitely upgrade the mattress and coffee machines in the rooms.

We loved how clean the facility was, the location, and the view from our room.
The daily entertainment during the evenings was also appreciated.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, must mention Nessa one of the waitresses at the buffet restaurant.
We didn't like that the room service options were so limited and the room was not soundproof.

The beach side and the infinity pool
I arrived at 3:30pm (check in starts at 3pm) but did not get a room until 6:30pm. I was told that the “cleaning team is behind”. Well it was also raining and, since I have a 2 year-old, it was a long and inconvenient waiting time for us.
Staff was not friendly and warm. They were quite mean and cold. First night at the dinner it took them 10 minutes to get us a high chair (eventually my wife had to go and look for one herself).
I booked a room with a king size bed and they gave me a a room with 2 queens.
I requested a crib and wasn’t there, had to call multiple times to finally get one.
Oh lastly, they apparently have no manager on site, and when someone called us the next day and promised a welcome gift for all the inconveniences, it never arrived.

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. A lot of sliced fruit always available. Cereal, yogurt, eggs, omelets, pancakes, French toast always available. We liked the overall property, our room, the maid service, the pools, especially the lap pool. The Dune Buggy excursion (Northen Sights) was very good, we loved it. (We did not like the Sunset Cruise excursion at all.) We liked the gym facility.
One constant with all of the food was that it was not hot when you expected it to be. The desserts were almost always dry and not very tasty. (With some exceptions.) The main thing someone needs to be aware of with this resort is that since it is an all-inclusive, it attracts a lot of people who drink a lot all day. Due to this is has a lot of very loud music all evening in the outdoor area until about 11:00 PM. There is no way to block it out of the rooms. You can't find peacefulness. This is true of the pools during the day as well. One of the excursions we took was the Sunset cruises. We mistakenly thought it would be peaceful. It was not. Very, very loud music was played during the entire cruise. We also got a bad intestinal problem the next day from the food we ate on the cruise. Major disappointment!!

Good beach and swimming pools
Definitely is not a 5 stars hotel. No profesional at all the staff specifically front desk. We even saw at the buffet cutting jam with hands no gloves. Bathrooms some of the closed almost all dirty . No beef at buffet except burger. Is not a 5 stars hotel much less luxury experience.
Glasses at the swimming pool are being washed with hands no sterilization process.

The landscape was very nice! And the beach was very nice!
The food was terrible!
The Host at the steakhouse was rude ! She made the black people sit outside and had all the white/ Asian people sitting inside! Like A Scene out Jim Crow in the South except this was 2025!

We arrived after 3 pm and our room was not ready even though Check In is at 3pm. We waited 3hours plus before we could get our room.
I made arrangements to celebrate my friend's birthday with Guest Services and nothing was ready despite months of planning.

At the Buffet dining room some of the staffing R not nice
Specially Eddy ĥe really needs some good customers services
Night shows to many dancers almost every night
Elevator wasn't working on my first day got transferred to another building witch was better but there was a leak in that room from the ceiling

Staff extremely friendly and helpfu. Very easy to find someone when you need someone.
Ran out of clean pool/beach towels on multiple days (during the offseason). Not a big problem but this resort is focused around the pool/beach access. That seems like a detail that would be managed better.

The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection of hot and cold delicious food. I would like to see more ripe mango and avocado.
The portion sizes at the tex mex restaurant need to be bigger, particularly the sides on offer.
The safe in the room didn't function
The jacuzzi should be hotter.
