Nice place, plus we could use their other two properties, which we did use one, and it was absolutely amazing, and on the beach!
Little snafu in the beginning, we booked through booking.com, and the individual @ the front desk said we only paid half, and that we needed to pay the other half right then, I then showed the individual where we paid in full, we waited for like 45 minutes for them to rectify the situation, and we gave up and went to their other property to hang on the beach, we came back like 5 hours later, and they finally agreed we had paid in full, it wasn't a cool experience, and it never happened to us anywhere in the world after years of travel. Glad we were persistent, or we would of paid the resort price, plus half!

Nice pool; cozy bar
Water pressure was a trickle - you had to squeeze so close under the trickle of water that you would bump into the faucet .
One of us had ants in the room.
Breakfast was mediocre.

Great location (if you have a car) with decent breakfast and good. Size pool. Good value for money

There was not much to like about the property. The images did not represent what was shown of the property online.
Send the moment I stepped into my room. I was shocked to see how much it didn’t look like the images on Booking.com. Some of the furniture was broken and very outdated. None of it matched which gave you a feeling of untidiness. The balcony door was broken and leaky And due to there being no cover was completely drenched, especially with the tropical weather so could not leave anything out on the balcony and was too small to even sit on. The bedsheets on arrival and those that covered the bed were dirty and mouldy. The bathroom had a small window that would not close and again was dirty and could see the bugs on the outside. The shower curtain was full of mould and the shower curtain still was rusty and damaged. The drain cover was dangerous with screws raised and sharp edges. The main negative was that it was on a roadside and so noisy in the evening so could not get a decent night sleep. I only remained there on the evening on arrival and then had to leave because I was so disgusted with the property.

Some nights the restaurant didn’t seem to have vegetarian options (although they might have been able to prepare something if we’d asked)

Very poor communication
I left some items in my room by mistake. I contacted the hotel 3 times by email, no reply. I went to the hotel reception approx 10 days after my stay and spoke to a receptionist who told me she would look into it and contact me. Superise suprise she did not! Poor!
