Too much mosquitoes and rodents. Wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there!

First, and most importantly, there was a security camera in an area that we were told was for our private use which is incredibly creepy and objectionable. There was also dirty towels and shoes from other people in the same area. The room was not as described (view and amenities) and was filthy (the bathroom in particular). No one was available to check us in on arrival (which was the time indicated on booking) and communication was with several people, none of whom seemed to know what was going on. We stayed 3 hours while we tried to rectify the situation, messaging different people connected to the property who either ignored us or tried to pass us off to someone else. As it was soon to be dark, we left to find another place to stay. Later that evening, the person listed as "general manager" finally replied and apologised via text but has ignored us since we requested a full refund. We have also contacted booking.com regarding this issue with no reply in 3 days despite their assurances that someone would contact us within 24 hours. We have further photos and videos showing the state of the room and property.

Difficult to lock the door

I called the general manager for an iron.he didnt answer the call or called back.i sent him a message va whtsapp ,he read it and never replied. Noone checked us in which is poor .the room dudnt have an iron or an ironing board and no washcloths either

lots of tiny ants. were there when I got there. used insecticide and they still keep turning up. on two of the beds. luckily not the ones we slept on. kinda killed the vibe because I felt I had nowhere to put my clothes. no air conditioner needs more fans then
