The rooms are clean and spacious, and the view of the bay of Jounieh is fantastic. The pool is clean, and the property offers ample parking spots. The staff is quick to respond to inquiries and fulfill our requests for beach towels and a blow dryer.
There are no stores within walking distance, so guests will need a car to get around. I ended up booking 2 suites for 3 people, which was overkill. I did not understand the sleeping arrangements for each unit on booking.com.

The hotel communicated with us before one day. prepared the rooms for us and everything was perfect.

Maybe the location.
I didn’t like the property. It shouldn’t be listed on Booking.com. The reception was under renovation and drilling works were full on at 7 am. The common areas were not up to any standard. The hotel was not ready to host guests at that time. I should have left and asked for a refund but it was late I was tired to move to another hotel.
