The room heater was on all the time, which I hated given its 20 degrees outdoors- I asked for it to be turned off but was told it’s impossible. I melted.

The location was fair
• The service was inconsistent and unprofessional. • Cleanliness was below acceptable standards. • The rooms were poorly maintained and uncomfortable. • Room service was unreliable and slow. • The AC was not functioning properly. • The lighting in the room was inadequate. • The windows did not close properly, causing noise and discomfort. • They promised to change my room, but didn’t follow through because they rented it out to someone else.

Location. Easy access
- just a bed in the room. No seating which is deceiving - heaters are noisy and not efficient - bathroom looks to be barely cleaned in a rush Overall, seems like the management gave up on this hotel, and stopped maintaining it.
