The reception was incredibly welcoming and professional. We accidentally left behind a piece of gold jewelry after check-out, and the hotel staff contacted us and returned it — such honesty and integrity are rare and truly appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean, well soundproofed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!
