I informed them to keep check out by 5pm as my flight was 8:30pm they have accepted in regards that I didn’t receive house keeping service day before.
Called them to get the house keeping but didn’t receive it till next day.

The location was the best thing about this hotel.
The bathroom had mold and the water splashed out to the entire bathroom floor during every shower because there is no proper curtain. For the entire first day there was no wifi and the staff alleged it's the whole city, whereas there was internet in the cafes nearby. They did not disclose the problem with wifi while checking in and giving me the login/psw information.

The hotel is located in a great location, a few minutes walk to zaitwna bay and downtown. Very good service. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly reception staff. Shops for snaks and daily needs nearby with relatively cheaper prices of goods.
Wifi was having issues. View from the room window and blcony was not fascinating.

The location! It was close to Hamra, Downtown Beirut, Raouche, etc.

The breakfast covers traditional cuisine and you can find also international dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, fully covered with necessary equipment for spending several nights
Brushes for teeth and iron dryer are not available inside the room. While drying service is available, sometimes you need to dry some shirts quickly at midnight which may be a bit unfeasible to use the service. A side note is the lack of milk (soy milk, dairy milk, low fat milk) for allergic people
