The staff is great and very responsive.
The small open kitchen had a fridge that makes a lot of noise. I couldn't shut it down because the ice will be melting.

"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioner did not work at all, making the room uncomfortable. The bathroom had black stains and looked old and poorly maintained. Even worse, the door knobs were loose and coming off, which felt unsafe. To add to the frustration, I was charged for an extra day just because I checked in early. The condition of the room and the extra fees were unacceptable. I would not stay here again."

Wonderful
Maya and Shady at the reception each in their shift were super friendly. Felt really at home. They are attentive to details and welcome you in a very genuine way. I will definitely consider this stay whenever around. The facility is very clean and the balcony is just lovely with a nice city view (quiet at night but you can walk around to coffee shops, supermarkets, bars etc...)
