The rooms are nice and spacious.
The gym is poorly located in B3, inside the parking lot, with a view of parked cars. While I was already running on the treadmill, they started spraying insect pesticides — truly unacceptable.

Staff were great and very helpful - especially Hassan who gave me cash for a taxi when I didn't have the right currency!
They claim to have a complimentary hotel driver for drop-offs downtown, however I tried to book this on four different occasions and it wasn't available. The driver doesn't work at all between 6pm and 9.30pm (!) OR on Sundays... I was then offered a taxi at triple the price of an Uber.

One of the Most Special Stays I’ve Ever Had This hotel is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and comforting — not just in the design, but in the way the staff makes you feel at home. Everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully done. You can tell there’s a personal touch behind it all — the kind that comes from someone who truly cares. The owner is a kind and graceful soul, and his presence adds something unique to the entire experience.
