In the middle of Beirut , convenient location ,very comfortable hotel.
I appreciate the Hotel's courteous staff especially their main driver Mr. Nashaat Tarabay ; he is truly the Jewel of Royal Garden Hotel. He offers the best services a guest can get in a hotel, very welcoming & helpful, offers honestly friendly advices regarding currency conversion, places to Visit and so. When my Taxi was late he helped me to call him & checked on me till reaching the airport safely on time.
Also the staff fulfilled all the requests at top priority. They made my stay one of the best experiences to have in Al-Hamra .
Nice atmosphere in the lobby , all utilities are there 24/7 (Electricity & Water).
Thanks for your receptivity.
Highly recommended Hotel.
Breakfast could have more variety but it was good value for money all in all.
Wifi is weak sometimes in room but works quite well in the reception ground floor & Cafe.

My girlfriend and i were on our way to check in,whilst walking in we saw a man sitting on a chair less than a few meters of the hotel's main entrance.So any person who wished to enter the hotel had to walk past this man.As soon as he saw us he turned on his camera and slid his phone inside his shoe so he could record a video without making it so obvious. My girlfriend got creeped out then told me that she saw him recording a video of her..we then entered the hotel and looked at him from the window inside..we saw him clicking on his phone and re-watching the video he had recorded. My girlfriend didn't appear in the video since the angle he held his phone with didn't help him,so he went on and deleted the video(we have it recorded)..we filmed him re-watching the tape from the window. Our first reaction was to inform the receptionist guy informing him about what happened, he told us to calm down at first,and then when he saw who was the guy who we were talking about,he started saying that this guy is a chauffeur here and that there's no way he could've recorded and that he wouldn't do it,then when we showed him our recorded video he said that:
1- it's fine that he recorded, its just a recording there's nothing he can do to harm you (referring to my girlfriend).
2- he's a taxi driver who always sits there..i can't do nothing about it.
Noting that he was sitting literally 4 meters away from the door.
If the staff/managers don't mind creeps perving out on their guests upon walking in to their hotel because it's simply not their "responsibility" than people should know where they're headed,because not all people know how to defend themselves.
