Exceptional
The Staff were amazing, the facility is top notch considering how old it is. It was our honeymoon and they delivered a fantastic service.
As much as the hotel is amazing, Please upgrade your TVs, it doesn't match the standard of the hotel itself, and your wifi signal coverage throughout the hotel, thats needed.

The way they handled it was rude and unprofessional, with dismissive and argumentative responses that completely spoiled my stay. On top of that, cleanliness was poor: the bathrooms were dirty, the shower head was broken and had to be replaced, and even the door handle fell off and was fixed during my stay. Very disappointing experience and I would not return. --- Would you like me to make it shorter or more formal for a platform like Google or Booking.com?

The staff, the staff, the staff. They are the core of this hotel. Wael and Loubna on the reception went out of their way on several occasions to support us. Whether with the room or the pool or any request that we had during our stay they were there supporting us even if it is not part of their scope of work.
The rooms are bit old, they need to be renovated. The water pressure in the shower is bit low. The pool doesn’t allow access of any kind of food that wasn’t purchased from them. Even if something they dont offer they dont allow it.

Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel was generous to upgrade my room free of charge and accept my request for a late check out. The pool and sea access are a major charm of the hotel and really fun way to spend the day. The hotel has a spa and great massage. The beauty salon in the hotel is a plus for convenience.

The staff wasn’t friendly at all and they put the guest under danger stopping a car from the street and the driver almost kidnapped me, at least the staff should order a taxi from a reputed office

The location and the sea view from the pool area
It wasn’t worth the amount we paid. We expected something much better, the room was disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations. Most of the staff were unhelpful and unpleasant, except for Mai, she was very kind, upgraded our room, and was genuinely lovely

Wonderful
The view from the (sea-view)room is breathtaking; we were newly weds and the staff was very helpful in accommodating us and the families in the best way possible despite many change requests. The pool area is very enjoyable as well.

The staff is friendly
Most of the electric plugs in the room don’t work and damaged. The windows aren’t sealed and you can hear the street noise all day and night. Almost impossible to sleep.

My stay was perfect more than expected, clean , comfortable and the sea view was nice. The most greatest staff i’ve ever seen they was so kind & helpful especially ali &may . Many thanks for ali from the check in time he was so welcoming and smiling and made my stay so good everytime i was asking for anything i got the help &answer in same time . The pool was on soft opening but i feel like its in a regular day cuz everything was great especially talla she is the most beautiful and kind girl i’ve ever know she was always around and understand me without asking . I highly recommend for 1000 times .
