the property is not related at all to the original Phoenicia Hotel. the place I booked was located in a dark place beside the hotel. there are no facilities at all, the place occupied with few number of residents. the value is too high compared to other places
they are using the name of the hotel which is damaged in the port explosion that will be ready totally after 6 months approximately.
Dear Booking.com you have to update the information in the website to match the actual situation of the property but unfortunately once you deduct the money in advance you are forcing the guest to stay in the property even if its not comfortable
