Many thanks to the African porter for helping and looking after us. Acceptable breakfast buffet. Shops markets hair salon garden nearby
The Male receptionists and employees at the reception desk are offensively impolite and are not trained to know how to handle conditions and circumstances as a receptionist and employee. They did not know how to handle social situations nor any management. Total discrimination and unequal treatment between hotel guests during checking in as we arrived at 11 am then came back at 1 pm as our room was still not ready. During which a family arrived and were given a room immediately while skipping us during the waiting list. When complained reception staff replied rudely.
Water in bathroom is very salty, unhealthy for human use at all.

When we arrived they couldnt find the reservation and after waiting there for sometime we were advised that they found the reservation but we have plumbing issue and they will transfer our booking to another hotel with the same rates however we checked the other hotel its reviews were very bad so we rejected and left

The, staff, especially Basel Al Sabea the receptionist of the hotel, and the hero actually. He is everywhere you need him, doing his best to satisfy customers.

They are renovations and the place was a building site. Furniture was scattered all over the room and the walls were being repainted and the old paint was scraped off the wall and all over the floor. The corridors were full of building dust and builders footprints. The bed’s mattress and pillows were poor quality there is no way this is a 4 star is more like a 2 star.
