That I paid for a room with balcony, and the balcony was a joke. It was disappointing

Location is ideal
Our stay revealed several disappointments. Firstly, the kettle was dirty, and the hot water issue prevented us from showering. Moreover, being charged for a coffee capsule was unexpected, considering standards in other hotels. The water basin wasn't properly maintained, causing water to accumulate over time. The breakfast experience was subpar, with a limited spread on a small table in a spacious room. Despite requesting skimmed / coconut milk, it was unavailable. Significant improvements are needed for a more satisfactory guest experience.
