Location, breakfast and room was okay.
The easiest thing in the world is to "smile" a little. A couple of unprofessional desk guys were unbelievably rude; none of them showed a tiny bit of politeness or courtesy. Guests come from all around the world, a lot of them come without any knowledge about the city, and we were a couple of those kinds. Every time I went to ask a question about the city, they seemed very disturbed and barely answered, so we missed the number one attraction. On the check-in night, the night guard checked us in, as it was a really late check-in, and the lady who checked us out was excellent.

Firstly the location is in the center in the heart of Beirut, hotel staff were amazing and helped at every opportunity and always made sure we were ok, and very friendly each member of staff.
The only thing would be the breakfast I would say they need different verity each day as it’s all the same every single day. Do an improvement and more options on breakfast would be great.

This location is perfect for walking safely down to the waterfront and area shopping and restaurants. I was greeted with a free room upgrade and the balcony was perfect. They helped me get a taxi after checkout and even served me Turkish coffee while I waited, so friendly! No issues with my stay at all, I'll be back!

Good location within walking distance to everything, they upgraded my room to a double with balcony … nice big room with small kitchen area with microwave/ kettle and sink , teas and coffee also
Staff were really helpful.,rooftop pool was just a basic pool , which was nice as I was the only one there , no bars or parties!
It was central A/C which I couldn’t control myself and for me my room was too hot , I didn’t complain as was only there 3 days and didn’t wanna have to pack up and move so idk if all rooms were like this, I was on 10th floor. Also in my room the wi fi was so bad I couldn’t even send a photo or upload to social media of get to my online
Banking, I did a speed test and it was only 4mbps … again I
Should’ve said something but it wasn’t that important as it was just a rest place after Syria , I’d check the wi fi speed in the room first incase it’s important to you

Old hotel but clean. Spacious room. Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is renovated and the shower is very good.
In the heart of Hamra area.
Breakfast can be improved - by adding manakeesh for example or fresh sweet options (eg cakes/croissants).
