Location, friendly staff, quiet, services easy access. All in all the hotel is amazing and it’s my favorite place to stay when ever I go Lebanon.
Some of the sockets needs to be checked as it’s not working. Otherwise the hotel is amazing .

Everything.
The only negative thing was that we were in room (1123) and we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise coming from the highway. Maybe the balcony windows weren’t sound proof.

The staff, from the reception with Mary, Jean, to valet parking, housekeeping, roomservice with Charbel and the others, everyone helped in making us enjoy our stay.
The royal is also conveniently located in dbayeh, quite central, not far from downtown and jounieh. The room was spacious and the presence ofbthe kitchenette is a plus when you travel with a baby

The view from the rooms and pool area is simply stunning.
Needs renovation asap, rooms are mega old. Too overpriced, literally more expensive than 7 star hotels in Dubai. There is no way this is a five-star anywhere. Payment for parking, just ridiculous.

We ordered room decorations for anniversary for $40++ and the petals came plastic. Very cheap for a 5 star hotel
