The location and staff very humble and willing to help.
The heat, the air-condition, doesn't work in the room, plus the water pressure of the shower very weak .changed it still the same problem. The cleanliness of the room is way below acceptable standards.

Only the location, very close to most Beirut attractions.. The rest is bad, no value for money.. I wish I stayed in another hotel..
The hotel is very old, the furniture is very old, the rooms are not clean, we had to change the sheets twice.. The staff isn't as friendly as you'd wish.. There's water leakage in the bathroom.. No enough towels, even when you ask for more.. The guest in the next room was so annoying at night, the hotel staff didn't do anything about it..

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this hotel, which is classified as a 5-star establishment, yet it was far from the expected standard for such a rating. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to voice my concerns. First, the condition of the room was terrible. The room had an unbearable odor, and I had no choice but to open the windows completely just to breathe and be able to sleep. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. Second, the cleanliness was far below expectations, which is unacceptable anywhere, especially in high-end hotels. I urge an immediate review of this hotel, as it is not reasonable for it to be classified as a 5-star property while suffering from significant issues with quality and cleanliness. The relevant tourism authorities should follow up on this matter and take appropriate actions if necessary. I request to be treated in a manner that reflects my status as a guest and customer of this hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
