Good
The free airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. The cars were large and very comfortable. The room size was spacious and good, and the staff were very polite and professional.
The elevators are very old and not working well. The place and the furniture feel outdated and in need of renovation. There is no pool, no massage services, and no breakfast buffet. The lobby is small, and overall the hotel does not deserve a four-star rating, especially compared to the high price.

We booked one night at this hotel as we were transiting through the airport
The shuttle was there and it was easy to find the counter right at the exit from customs
Room was clean and spacious
Staff were friendly
There wasn’t hot water and we had to wait for one hour to have hot water
But it’s no big deal
I would stay here again as I like the place
