My experience at the hotel was truly outstanding, with a high level of comfort, cleanliness, and services. What really made my stay special was the refined and professional attitude of the staff.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the receptionist Dina for her kindness, constant smile, and quick response to all inquiries. She provided exceptional service that truly deserves appreciation. I also thank the receptionist Hadi for his cooperation and for ensuring that we had everything we needed with great courtesy and respect. And I cannot forget Mr. Mofeed, who was a model of elegance and excellent service, making every request easy and smooth.
Thank you all for making our stay an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely visit again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect — from the warm and welcoming staff to the luxurious rooms and top-notch amenities. The service was exceptional, and every detail was taken care of with great attention. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the location was very convenient. My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and accommodating. On the first night, I wasn’t fully satisfied with my room, but the next day I requested a room change, and the team handled it promptly and respectfully. The only minor issue was that the bed mattress was not very comfortable, but overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and definitely deserves an excellent rating.

I really liked the location of Lancaster Plaza, it is very convenient and central. Another great thing is that the hotel doesn’t have the humidity smell that many other hotels in Beirut usually have, which made my stay much more comfortable.
What I didn’t like was the housekeeping service. They make too much noise in the hallways, and it feels uncomfortable, as if someone is about to open your door all the time. This disturbed the peace of the stay.
