Gina from the front desk was outstanding. She went above and beyond helping us with a lost luggage case at the airport, spending a lot of time following up and assisting us with real care and dedication. She was extremely friendly with my child and family, always positive, supportive, and welcoming. Her professionalism and kindness truly made our stay much easier and more comfortable.

Gina at the front desk was exceptional. We had a stressful issue with lost luggage at the airport, and she put in a lot of effort helping us follow up, search, and coordinate. She was patient, proactive, and genuinely caring. On top of that, she was extremely friendly with my child and family, always warm and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference in our stay and turned a difficult situation into a manageable one.

From the moment we arrived in Beirut, our experience with Lancaster Plaza set the tone for a truly memorable trip. They arranged transportation for us smoothly and quickly, without any delay or complications. It was clear from the beginning that this hotel values efficiency and genuine hospitality.
Upon entering our room, we found a beautifully prepared selection of sweets waiting for us — not just any sweets, but ones that were clearly chosen with care. They were delicious, thoughtful, and added a special touch to our arrival. This small gesture alone made us feel valued as guests.
The entire stay—from locating the place, to settling in, to the daily comfort—was smooth and enjoyable. The team built our experience with real attention to detail, and for the first three days everything was simply perfect.
A small issue happened at one point during our stay, but what truly stood out was how the staff handled it. Mr. Jameel himself, along with Aya, Haya, and Jeenah, took full responsibility and followed up with us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. Their level of care transformed what could have been a negative moment into a reassuring reminder of how seriously they take guest satisfaction. Because of their exceptional attitude, the issue didn’t affect our experience at all.
Overall, our stay at Lancaster Plaza was outstanding. The service, the professionalism, the warm hospitality, and the way the team genuinely cared about our comfort made a real difference. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being looked after by people who truly take pride in what they do.
Without any doubt, I highly recommend Lancaster Plaza to anyone visiting Beirut. Whether you’re coming for work or leisure, this hotel provides comfort, reliability, and a level of service that truly elevates your trip. We are grateful for the experience and will definitely return

My experience at the hotel was truly outstanding, with a high level of comfort, cleanliness, and services. What really made my stay special was the refined and professional attitude of the staff.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the receptionist Dina for her kindness, constant smile, and quick response to all inquiries. She provided exceptional service that truly deserves appreciation. I also thank the receptionist Hadi for his cooperation and for ensuring that we had everything we needed with great courtesy and respect. And I cannot forget Mr. Mofeed, who was a model of elegance and excellent service, making every request easy and smooth.
