Booking.com didn't send my reservation to the hotel so check-in was a little confusing. But they property worked it out quickly and everything was fine! Just confirm with the property directly if using booking.com.

The location is excellent, the staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious

Location is good, facility is clean and well furnished
Payment should be in Lebanese Lira and not Credit card. There are two rates in the market and the hotel staff did not highlight this. I have lost great deal of money paying by credit card

Hotel's location is great, the beautiful beach view could see from room window. Rami is a great sample as a hotel manage. He allways so honey, knowledgeable and responsibility to his customers, let we feel a best friend of many years.

The employees are good but the management failed to equip the unit with minimal requirements for any traveler like hot water kettle, tea etc.. slipper, because no traveler will take his slipper with him. Seems the management dont have the minimum experience for running such business
