The receptionist was very nice and the guy who accompanied us was respectful but he talked a lot and asked a lot of questions.
When I visited the hotel, I canceled the reservation after I learned from the accompanying employee that the electricity would be cut off for half an hour every four or five hours, and the weather was very hot, so we could not stay without AC, so I canceled the reservation.

The stuff and the location was good
The most thing I didn't like it is the cleaning and also there is no toothbrush and they don't have a laundry in the hotel. They take your clothes to another place on the bring it back.

They turn off the generators twice a day especially at 3:00 AM while you are sleeping so there is no electricity or AC

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
On the first day, the room wasn’t clean, but as soon as I reported it, they fixed it immediately.
Anytime I had an issue or concern, they responded quickly and tried their best to resolve it.
When we first received the room, it wasn’t properly cleaned.
Daily cleaning wasn’t always consistent or thorough.
The bed was a bit squeaky and made noise when moving.

All over it is but amities were short, staff couldn't make money exchange, and the hotel got a power outage for 20 minutes as the generator takes a break daily.

I asked the staff for tra pot they didnt bring then they told me go buy sugar and when checking out they told me that custmors dont use the pot in a good way thats why we dont give???
