I recently stayed at the hotel in Beirut, and while I found the staff to be quite polite, there were some significant issues with my experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel room left much to be desired. It was disappointing to find it in such a state.
Another inconvenience was the lack of card payment options at the hotel. In this digital age, not being able to pay by card was a major inconvenience for me, and it would have been helpful if this information had been communicated beforehand.
Although the hotel staff was friendly, they were unable to assist me when I explained my difficulty in obtaining cash. While I understand that not everything can be controlled, I would have appreciated some guidance or alternative solutions.
Overall, my stay at this hotel in Beirut was less than satisfactory, primarily due to the cleanliness issue and the payment inconvenience. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests' experiences.

Disappointing
The location
- I had to pay extra than the original estimated USD amount and in cash.
- Credit Card was not accepted.
Many items that were listed were missing including:
- Iron
- Kettle
- Hair cap
- The ashtray on the balcony was not clean.
- Salty water in the shower.
Electricity went out several times per day on some items in the room including the fridge (so storing food is not recommended).

Extremely poor hygiene!!
Not a 4 stars hotel at all! Wouldn't give at a 2 stars even!
The bed was broken and squeezing!
I told the woman at the reception 3 times and she told me they'll fix it yet the whole stay whenever we touched the bed squeezy sounds came out!
WC smelled awful and was unclean, they didn't even change the toilet bag every day!
Wouldn't recommend it at all for anyone!
It's just the location other than that bad experience!
