The room was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel also has a well-known café with a separate public entrance called Bayt Em Nazih. It’s a nice space for breakfast, and you can even bring your laptop and work there. They offer Argila/shisha (hookah) for those who enjoy it, and sometimes there is live music. The sound can occasionally reach the rooms (I stayed on the third floor), but honestly who comes to Beirut to sleep? Enjoy the nightlife, the friendly and social Lebanese people, and their amazing food.
I may not be a well-traveled person who has stayed in many hotels, but I was disappointed that there were no slippers in the room when I needed to use the bathroom. I had to call reception and pay $3 for disposable hotel slippers. Usually, such items are included with the room.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Beirut. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hamra district, very close to the beach and surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Everything you need is just a few steps away. The area is lively but still comfortable, making it a great base to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately, the bathroom and toilet were in poor condition. The floor was flooded with water and the problem was not fixed during our stay, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was below the expected standard

The room was very clean, facilities in the hotel
I was there for a business trip with my friend everything was good until the bed time, I couldn’t sleep until 6AM because of the noisy couple next to us or the room facing. They were literally screaming like they are alone in the hotel. It was something unacceptable at all.

Disappointing
I stayed before in summer in a king size bedroom, the staff helped me switch rooms when there was AC problems, the gym access and wifi were good. It was a calm and pleasant period of time.
Concerning my new stay, I wasn't contacted at all by the property for my false reservation : I'm a guy who was led by mistake to book in 'girls dormitory' so I couldn't fix anything in advance (not to mention that I didn't want a dormitory at all). Unfortunately, both dorms gender are very noisy as they are facing the smoking area, a cooler area, and noisy hallways. My luck was to be surrounded by uncivilized people till 3 am. It's one thing to share an 8 beds in a bedroom, but another when you can't even control the environment that was supposed to be controlled by other people. Also, no phone there so I had to go down to tell them about missing towels, and no one bothered to offer me a key for a small secure box for my things until I asked the next day. All things aside, people in dormitory aren't allowed to have a gym access... I mean where can I find this before I book anything? Had to check out before my stay ends because of thid unpleasant experience.

Although short, I enjoyed my stay at Hamra Garden: the staff were always attentive and welcoming, the communication was great from the very beginning, and the shared room was clean. There's also drinkable water on every floor, which was great. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

Loved this place. Awesome rooftop bar and pool, fab location, the most comfortable bed I've stayed in a long time. Staff were friendly and welcoming, good value for Hamra area too. Highly recommended
