Although i have arrived nearly 10 hours before the check in time, they have managed to settle me in a room. Also they have upgraded me for free.
Amazing staff and helpful and they offered us complementary breakfast.
The location of the hotel is in hamra street which is amazing.

The rooms are very nice and have everything you need. The breakfast is good and varied too, Lebanese and continental. The WiFi works well and for me the area is good because it’s close to Raouche and AUB. The staff is also incredible, especially Hussein. He is very friendly and helpful. I booked extra nights and wanted to stay in the same room and was worried I might not be able to but Hussein helped me to solve this quickly and with ease. Thanks so much. The whole stay was very very good. I recommend this hotel.

location is perfect. Right in the middle of Hamra with easy access to shops and restaurants. Manara corniche is also a stones throw away. Rooms were super clean and comfortable bed. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, especially Hussain who went above and beyond helping me with whatever I needed. Truly made my stay and trip so much easier. Will definitely be staying there again when I’m in beirut!

I would like to report a serious issue that occurred during my check-in at the hotel.
The hotel staff requested the security code (CVC) located on the back of my Visa card at the time of check-in. As you are aware, the CVC code is highly confidential and should never be requested or shared with any third party.

Location was great. Staff was very helpful.
The bathroom was not as clean as it needed to be, even when we asked for the room to be cleaned. Also, the room smelled like cigarettes smoke, and so did the bed sheets.

The room was comfortable and although I was there only one night, I can imagine staying there for a long stay because there was a mini kitchen. Not far from Paris Avenue and shops! All the good stuff.
