Very dirty hotel i have seen, mattress need disinfectant, garbage ? still fully loaded, room smelly. Wifi work 1 minute and cutting off. Hotel definitely not for family purpose. I dont recommend it and if rating have minus i will give minus star

This place was excellent value for money, couldn’t fault it. Was warm, spacious, fluffy towels, and had everything I needed for my short & cheap stay. The staff were great too & let me store my baggage for the day while I was out, after checkout.
It’s down an alleyway which was a little bit intimidating for a solo female traveller.

The best aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the service provided by Mohamed at the reception. (Sirian guy) His excellent behaviour and professionalism are rare to find in Beirut. He arranged a taxi for the airport, accommodated my breakfast schedule, and addressed all my inquiries, questions or including how to request an Uber. Mohamed's service was exceptional, deserving a perfect score of 10 of 10. Additionally, the bed in the room was comfortable and met my needs perfectly. The location of the hotel it's very good in Beirut.
People in Lebanon smoke everywhere. (And of course in the restaurant of the hotel)... My room has a smell quite bad. Perhaps it's a little complicated to find the hotel if you are new in the city.
