The hotel has many facilities, very nice, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is great.The location of the hotel is great, very close to the sea.

Pictures by far do not match the rooms I got.
- No backup generators, 2 hours of electricity outage.
- Had to use the stairs for 8 floors because of no backup electricity in the elevator.
- No hot water! I called reception and got an answer of "wait 6-7 minutes while the water is running for it to get warmer", it never did, even after 10 minutes.
- I would definitely not recommend, not even for free.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the strategic location in Beirut. Breakfast is very basic, fills the tummy well but don’t expect a super intercontinental experience.
The overall furniture looks new and well maintained except for the fridge that dates back to the 90s, and the bed is not so comfortable, unlike the typical thick and comfortable hotel matresses. Tips for the maids: when room service is asked for, please do it well, not only change towels, and when you turn off the fridge, open it:)

Excellent hosts. The hotel's location was in a lively place in Beirut and the room was value for money.
The air conditioner and fridge were old so they didn't function all the time.
