The location is central at a cozy neighborhood. There is 24/7 reception. The room was very spatious. There is electricity all the time which in Lebanon is not a standard.
You need to ask for any utensils including cloth hangers You need to bring in your own soap, toilet paper, shampoo etc. They only accept cash which is supposed to be in the fine print of the booking which adds to the overall difficulty.

The staff was friendly especially the lady at the cafeteria who made coffee for us although it was nearly closed
I reserved and went to see the room and asked them to keep the ac on and when i came back 2 hours later the room was hot and the ac was off.I went 2 times to the lobby because the door card was not working. There was only one towel so i had to call to ask for extra one for my husband. The shower door was about to fall on me. The tv remote control was not wrking. In fact it was broken in two with a tape on it and had no batteries. We received a call at 11h30 to check out. We did not like it .
