Check in process was easy, parking was safe and plenty. The room was large and I had no issues with the water pressure or temperature. I'm glad parking was included in my rate.
It's not the hotel's fault, but when requesting a rideshare or getting a ride back to the hotel using google maps, half the time the navigation takes you to the street behind the hotel, which causes a 5-7 min delay. To avoid this, there is a bakery shop 150-200 feet away, use that as your pickup/drop-off point.

I like that my children were satisfied with the stay. The one and only who confirmed my stay was helpful.
I used to go every summer there, there services are dropping down each year. The best to call their property is furnished apartments and not Hotel. The staff on reception area needs to be changed with happy faces and more helpful, especially the day shift, for once I thought I was dealing Turkish staff. The main pool was closed on that stay for one whole day, since there were maintenance ING it. Cafeteria closes early. They turn off the electricity at night in the corridors, and reception area. That was really bad. I hope they do better in the future.

The Wifi is very bad I did not have connection for the one night stay . Bathroom was not clean and coffee cup was not washed . Room AC is portable and very loud

the location is extremely bad, the swimming pool os sooo crowded all the day because of the day use offers so you as a hotel guest will be hard to use or enjoy. the internet is weak and slow. no view. furniture is very old and bad. washroom is very old.

The sound of the elevator is too loud and I couldn't sleep all night because of it and because of the sounds of the room service stuff opening every time their room.
