truly pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special mention goes to the front desk manager Mr Sarjoun, who was one of the best I’ve encountered—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warm hospitality made my short stay feel special. Highly recommended!

They are not professional, especially the two girls at the reception at morning shift. They are not professional at all. they didn’t give me my passport. They forgot to do this and when I arrived to the airport, they called me and tell me your passport is in the office. They made me to pay and sent a driver to get my passport. They didn’t care at all. They didn’t take their responsibility or forgotten my passport in their office. It’s not professional at all. I saw them taking their breakfast when I checked out they are busy and giving me my password is not an important issue. This is weird.

Upgraded to a suite on arrival. Big comfortable room. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room. New modern bathroom. Huge bed. Great lighting.
Nowhere convenient to plug in the kettle. Had to sit the whole apparatus on the floor across the room.

Wonderful
Even though the location was in a busy and tight area, there was always a dedicated spot in front of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, thumbs up for them.
The only downside was the commotion outside which can be loudly heard from inside the room, sealed windows would be an added benefit which would have made the stay extraordinary.

Everything was excellent. The staff were kind and very helpful, especially Khaleel, Tawfeeq, and Ali, as well as the woman from the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hamra, with everything close by. I had a great experience overall.

Everything was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city. The view from the room was simply breathtaking.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect!
