Exceptional
Everything about it from the great location to comfortable rooms. My experience was seemless with check in thanks to the exceptional service I was provided. The staff are actually helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable which is a plus.
The elevators could be improved.

Wonderful
The location was appropriate as we were in the middle of our trips, the staff were very very friendly and helpful if you need any recommendations regarding the food type or whatever you want to eat they will guide you through it.
